When we went to the farm this weekend,
I was disappointed to find my hummingbird feeder broken.

| My creative sister-in-law left me a large bottle to try in its place. A bungy cord worked nicely to secure it. |

| Since I didn't have any nectar prepared, I decided to improvise... Yes, that blue color is partly "GatorAde"! The male ruby throat came first and checked it out. |

| Then the female came and analyzed the new set up. |
 |
| The male was the first to try the new contraption with the unusual fluid. |
 |
| "Here goes!" the female seemed to be saying. |
 |
| "Awwwwhhh, good stuff! No wonder those humans drink it!" |
I just love to watch these beautiful little creatures.
